Looking for PrCs that improve a weapon or other equipment. I know of these two, but I'm pretty sure I've seen others. 3.0 Soulknife/3.5 Soulbow don't count.

Psychic Weapons Master (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20020927a) from Mind's Eye article.

Ironsoul Forgemaster?

Thank you.

What about Legacy Champion? Admittedly, you're not improving the weapon itself, but rather your ability to use it; still, the class is designed around (sadly broken) Legacy items, which grow with you anyway.

I though Legacy Champion was a Warlock prestige class

Of course it is! It upgrades Warlock's weapon, doesn't it? Which is exactly what the OP asked for.
I'm a horrible person for even suggesting it.

Well, OA samurai isn't PrC, but it gives you mwk katana and wakizashi which you can upgrade similar to the Ancestral Relic feat. I also remember Shadowsmith(?) or something from ToM. I know it could create tools and weapons from shadow, but I'm not sure if it can upgrade existing ones as I'm afb.

Incarnum Blade might fit.

Warshaper, if the weapon we're talking about is Natural.

Arcane Archer does improve a weapon. (But ugh, Arcane Archer).

Artificer?

Champions of Ruin has Thayan Gladiator, which is almost exactly like Kensai but for one natural weapon. The way it works, it supercharges your natural weapon with magical enhancements and damage improvements until it becomes the one weapon you need. Warshaper only slightly alters the natural weapon by increasing the size if you otherwise form that weapon, though it's mostly meant to improve yourself.

It's Forgotten Realms content, though, so it might not fly in every book, but it's pretty darn interesting.
