Each person is allowed to vote for up to three spells and one magic item created by your fellow playgrounders. Based upon how you rank them, they will receive a varying number of points.

1. Implacable Fulness - This spell just seems like an intriguing mystery waiting to happen
2. Rupture - I had an idea that was kind of like this, only instead it tore the intestinal lining

The spell "A living bloodbath" is really meant for GMs, not players, and the spell "Mushed Muscles" drew inspiration from Feeblemind. I'll say that now :)

It's really hard to decide what to vote for. To be honest, if this were a magic item contest, my first vote would go entirely to Corpse Grinder of Metamorphosis. It's just so disturbing and freaky.
Whoops, I just realized that I hadn't read the post all the way and it said I can vote for a magic item. I'll vote for the Corpse Grinder then.

Spells:

1. Mass Produce: It's a really useful spell that I would very much like to have in my spellbook. It could come in handy on many different occasions.
2. Implacable Fullness: A pretty evil spell, considering that thirst damage can't be restored easily.
3. A Living Bloodbath: This one is just really disturbing and awesome.

1st. Process: A cool idea, and cool execution.

2nd. Encase: It's a cool, somewhat comedic spell.

3rd. Hunter's Sentence: I like it thematically.

There are 9 people who submitted spells. There are 6 who have voted. It should be enough, except that now there's a draw and we need someone to cast the tie-breaker vote.

5 voters actually, but you're probably right still. Also, I think you made a slight error in your tallying, Encase should only have four points [one second place (+3) and one third place (+1)], not that that makes a huge difference.

On an unrelated note, I have a suggestion for a future material component: a rubber band. I might have an unfair advantage though, since I've have some ideas around this component rattling around in my head for a while now.

1.Process. Oh, MAN that has got to hurt. Very thematic, very useable, very clever, and incredibly memorable. This definitely takes the cake in my opinion.
2.Mass Produce. The spell seems not only incredibly handy, but also leads to a ton of fun shenanigans. The concept is also very creative, giving this my vote.
3.Blood Feast. The details of this spell really make it, imposing a visceral image and creating an equally gruesome effect. This would also be a spell I would carry into battle on many occasions.

Best magic item: Corpse Grinder of Metamorphosis. The idea of crushing your slain foes into sausages and consuming them to assume their powers is so original and fun that I cannot help but love it.

I really enjoyed this week's Iron Mage. Thanks to all of you who submitted your fantastic spells for this contest!

Last week's was proclaimed "not enough voters" because only 3 people voted and all voted for different spells. I couldn't declare a winner with such low and divided scores.
