Splatbook for Vampires

Hello, Playground.

I recall viewing a splatbook that was pertaining exclusively to vampires: it included an LA:2 Vampire template (that I believe could apply for full-vampire templates), a few PrCs for Vampires and such. Just can't remember the name.
