Changeling dual specialization wizard and master specialist

If I am a changeling wizard who is using the dual specialization variant and I take levels in master specialist do I get the abilities for both transmutation and illusions since I am specializing in both?

My ruling would be no, because of text in the class feature descriptions such as the following for Minor School Esoterica:
At 4th level, your unflagging focus on your chosen school opens your mind to new possibilities and grants you the first taste of the unique skills of a master specialist. You gain an ability from those below based on your chosen school.
Emphasis mine.

You get an ability, so at the very best you could choose either Minor Illusion Esoterica or Minor Transmutation Esoterica, and later choose Moderate Esoterica for the other school.

As KingAtomsk said, you only get one, but you could choose which school got the benefits at each tier. So you could choose the minor esoterica for illusion (DC increase) and the moderate esoterica for transmutation (reroll fort save.)

However, the Caster Level Increase should apply to both.
