Quick question on abbreviations.

I was just wondering what TO and CO mean. I've tried googling it but I haven't found anything and before any of you suggest it I have already looked through here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?18512-Common-Acronyms-Abbreviations-and-Terms).

TO means theoretical optimization. this is things like pun-pun or the omniscifier, which are not generally expected in actual play

CO means character optimization. it's usually abbreviated as "charop." this can be for either TO or PO (practical optimization: things that you would actually expect to use in a game)
