Playing an undead tune

Hiya guys,

I was wondering, the spell Bone Fiddle, are you able to use it on certain types of undead, like say a skeleton? You basicly saw the bones in two... I know it is a fort-save based spell that does not effect constructs or objects... but a lot of undead got (exo)skeletons...

What is the playgrounds opinion?

If I were DMing, I'd houserule that undead with bones take the sonic damage but not the Move Silently debuff (undead don't feel pain, generally, so they wouldn't need to resist the urge to cry out).

I do not think it's the crying in pain that causes the -20. But the music that is produced.
