Hypothetical Situation:
I want to play a Thri-Kreen character, using the racial class in Complete Psionics (http://dndtools.eu/classes/thri-kreen-racial-class/).

If I'm to start at level 1 with this character, what weapons am I proficient in?

Are they Monstrous Humanoids? because then i know youd get at least Simple, not sure what else.

Simple weapons and anything specifically mentioned unless otherwise noted. However the racial entry for Thri-Kreen says the nifty racial weapons are martial, so I think just simple at first level.
