After seeing the Oots voice actors thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?379040-Voice-Actors-for-the-OotS-Animated-Series) my first thought was: Elan should be voiced by LittleKuriboh. Then I thought; he voices in abridged series and if there were an OOTS cartoon, why wouldn't there be an OOTS abridged series.
My voice (and perhaps abridged personality) candidates for that wonderful thing that will never come:
Durkon: Either Nick Lizzo's Luffy (http://youtu.be/zCSJwlYqwIU?t=1m30s) from None Piece or Hbi2k's Anderson (http://youtu.be/TgnIjJexut4?t=4m28s) From Helsing Ultimate Abridged
Elan: My first thought was Littlekuriboh's Joey (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HM9tyNkUAg)from YGOTAS, but i think MasakoX's Goku (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4ega1zPaqE)from DBZA is also a good candidate.
Roy: The Colossal Titan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tbu5bnC2TBg) from A Slap on Titan comes to mind; voiced by KJ
V: Gohan (http://youtu.be/Bm0V0UVqFtQ?t=3m20s)from DBZA.
Haley: I just imagined LittleKuriboh doing a girl (http://youtu.be/GOaywuEABoA?t=3m)voice (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDGaTffVNG8).
Belkar: Possibly Lanipator (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0k-O6q9S0dw), voice of abridged Vegeta.
As for others I'm thinking Xykon could be LittleKuriboh's Freeza or M.Night Shamamalama-sama-kun (http://youtu.be/TPxVLjOGrAw?t=10m4s) from his Naruto movie spoof.
That's just the tip of the ice berg, so please give your own ideas as to what abridger would fit the characters best.
