Cost of custom wondrous item

I want to make sure i have the math for a slot-less skill boosting item correct as I have never done this before

(skill bonus)^2 X (100gp) X 2(slot-less) X 90%(required skill ranks) X 70%(class restricted) X 50%(made myself)

so a +10 bauble of spellcraft requiring 9 ranks in spellcraft and wizard-only would cost 6,300 gold and 504 exp to craft.

Is this correct or did I miss read the custom crafting rules?

To my knowledge, the cost reductions due to skill and class restriction are applied in the same step; so rather than being "X 90% X 70%" it would simply be "X 60%"; which works out marginally differently.
