Favored Soul 8/Sacred Exorcist 1/Prestige Paladin X

Don't take Prestige Paladin past 3rd lv though. You gain Divine Grace at lv 2 (but also lose a CL) and while the 3rd lv isn't great, it's still good and it's a free +1 BAB and CL.

After Prestige Paladin, go for Fist of Raziel from BoED.


If Prestige version of the Paladin isn't available in your campaign, then only go for 2 levels in Paladin so you can access Divine Grace. Losing more caster levels than that will probably be very bad.
