I want to make a character with multiple divine casting abilities. Is there a non-cheesy PrC for that?

Not that I've ever heard of.

Depending on your tolerance for cheese, you can do something like take Alternate Source Spell or Southern Magician, argue that doing so makes one of your divine spellcasting classes also count as an arcane spellcasting class (since you can now use it to cast arcane spells), and then advance it along with your other divine spellcasting class using Mystic Theurge or whatever. This is far beyond what I (and most others) would consider "non-cheesy," though.

1. Take Ultimate Magus
2. Find-replace "arcane" -> "divine"
3. Done.

Outside of homebrew solutions such as the above, I don't think there's anything.

Ok, New question.

Would you allow a player to use mystic theurge to advance two divine casting classes, instead of arcane/divine?

Assuming no early-entry shenanigans, it'd be worse than straight Cleric barring marathon adventuring days. With early entry, you're still losing caster levels so I'd probably still be ok with it.

Thank you. Would you qualify divine crusader as shenanigans?

Not at all. Its spell list has only nine spells on it, which means that although it's a fast track to nines, it's a fast track to only one nine. I can see something like the Time domain being somewhat troublesome, but still not more than any other character with ninth-level spells. After all, the class doesn't let you get nines before 16th level, or 17th if your Charisma score is less than 28.

I was thinking of using the above rulechange to advance spellcasting simultaneously, probably Cleric 10 / Divine Champion 1 / Contemplative 1 / Theurge X.

If you want multiple types of divine casting, you could also be an archivist. That way, you only have one casting progression, but you can pick your spells from all of the lists.
