View Full Version : Who has a bunny?

Well, I certainly want one! I just finished rolling up a half-wild elf sorceror/rogue/arcane trickster, and I need some help. Since she's half green elf, she underwent that green elf ritual and got herself a spirit animal; hers happens to be a rabbit.

Now, it occurs to me there is not a rabbit in any D&D book me and my friends own, for use as a familiar. Does anyone know a book that might contain one, or have any suggestions as to what I could do?

I pulled this off of this (http://www.enworld.org/archive/index.php/t-56587.html) page:

Hare

CR -, Tiny animal, HD 1/2 d8, HP 4, Init +4 (Dex), Spd 30, AC 16 (+2 size, +4 Dex), Att none, SQ scent, Face 2.5 ft x 2.5 ft, Reach 0, Saves fort +2 ref +6 will +1, Str 3/Dex 18/Con 11/Int 2/Wis 12/Cha 7
Skills Hide +5, Jump +12, Listen +8, Spot +2I'm not altogether certain that this is totally allowed per the forum rules, so I'll just stick it out there and hope.

Do you want your bunny in regular configuration, or with optional vorpal enhancement on the incisors?

lol!
As far as bonuses to the character you could easily justify a bonus to knowledge(math), particularly where multiplication is concerned ;-)

Or perhaps a more reasonable one might be a 5ft bump to your movement, or one of the movement related feats for free (I think there's one that changes your Sprinting speed to a 5x base instead of a 4x.

That's only, what, a +5 cost modifier?

Add the adamantite armor plating as well! Make it Holy Hand-Grenade-Proof!

What about a switchblade and a Glock? :P

Thanks Nyax. x) And I think I'll pass on the Vorpal bunny, Renegade, that was like the ONLY one I was able to find anywhere!

I prefer my rabbits Enlarged and Invisible.Although, honestly, it's more fun if you get hedgehogs that way.

Ron Jeremy?

Oh, wait. That's something else :)

Ron Jeremy?

Oh, wait. That's something else :)Yes, indeed it is... I was thinking of a Monty Python skit whose name escapes me now.

(Incidentally, in response to Renegade Paladin, the bunny's teeth are not vorpal. What you're looking at is a swordsage build. I'll post it when I get it statted out.)

I remember the animated hedgehog that would show up and say "Dinsdale??" every once in a while. Was that it?

Hmm, +1 to Initiative, because rabbits are skittish? Reflex save would probably fit as well.

I have just a slight problem with the stat block provided earlier. Rabbits are well-known for their ability to burrow and how silent they are as well. A move silently bonus and a burrowing speed would suffice.

Where are you going to find an alfalfa martini in DnD? Or a VCR for the necessary Baywatch collection? Without either of those you might as well just go up and hug the tarrasque, it'd be a quicker and easier way to go. *ka-click*

Hm, I rather have my bunny’s enlightened and with a force field around them. although they might end up telling you that you can do anything.
