I want a cleric as barbarian-like as possible. What builds would work best for this goal?

Priest of Kord comes to mind, focus on str, con, wis in that order (wis only being high enough necessary to cast spells of the highest level). Pick up a weapon focus and the buff spells that serve best for combat situations.

The Mighty Contender of Kord, from Dragon Magazine. It works around the Strength Domain and makes your cleric a powerhouse- and that's before buffs.

Add in a dip into barbarian and you got yourself a melee monster.
