Trading Steam games adverting enquiry

Could I please clarify what exactly is permitted with regard to the advertising of trading of games via Steam? I've noticed that I have a number of giftable games via various Humble Bundle offers and I'd like to put them up in the Steam thread in Gaming (Other).

Sheriff: Normally, the rule against any conducting commercial activity here prevents that but you can make a single post about it in that thread as long as you conduct all bartering, discussion, and actual trading on Steam.

To clarify: All trading must be confined to the relevant thread (e.g. the Steam thread for Steam games, the TF2 or Steam threads for TF2 items, and so on), and all copies must be tradeable copies through the Steam trading system.

Humble Bundle links are NOT tradeable through the Steam trading system, therefore they are not subject to this exemption for advertising. You may give away Humble Bundle copies on the forum, you may not advertise them for trade.
