I want to take this feat. I'm going to be playing an epic level character, so I don't need to be able to take this feat pre-20. But I have no idea how to get 21 BAB...can somebody help me?

Epic attack bonus, which every character gets at a rate of 1 per 2 levels, is added to actual BAB to determine total BAB for qualifying purposes. A fighter 22 meets the BAB +21 requirement.

Sufficient RHD also gets the job done. Bugbear fighter 20 has BAB +22. (I think)
