Is there a Doctor Who d20 system / campaign setting?

Probably not. Dr. Who, the tv show, was off the air during the time that d20 was being published, and while I am sure BBC licensed some stuff, they tended to be stingy back in the day.

Now that NuWho is out, though, they are being more free-spirited, but unfortunately much money has left d20 publishing world for PF 3rd party and elsewhere.

But, maybe there is, who knows. I wonder what they would call it, of course, assuming you already googled "Doctor Who d20."

And you only need to search this subforum to find about a dozen threads on how to make the Doctor and others (and the TARDIS) in 3e. Good fun, but not, I think, what you were looking for.
