Can someone please explain clockwork creature to me?

Can I create a clockwork human wizard?
Can I create a clockwork copy of myself?
What about a doppleganger?
Can I make templated versions?

If the answer is no, then why?

Also what would be the best creature to create if i want to dominate minds?

Class levels are a clear no as it starts not knowing anything, but everything else seems legal.

What about the simple wizard template? It would have to learn the spells after creation. Is there any cheese that I can use this for?

Didn't know about those template. I guess you could. Do note that Clockwork IS third party.

This is third-party, so your best bet is probably popping over to Green Ronin's forums and asking the designer what they had in mind.
