Character sheet in Elvish

Want to be that annoying player with a mad character sheet that drives the party mad?
If so you'll be pleased to hear that I translated the D&D 5 character sheet into Sindarin (modern Elvish).

Sindarin is very very far from complete and is a real pain. However, I had to resort only once to a Welsh loanword (dis for dice) and once to a Quenya (ancient elvish) loanword (exa > echa, other). I am a noob at Sindarin, which is a shame as the lexicon is so small that it would be best knowing it by heart to better coin words. On the flipside, I played around with the Anglish Moot (modernised Old English) for a while, so I have ample experience with making up words. I took notes which can be found here:

There is no curse in Elvish, Entish, or the tongues of men for this character sheet. I am downloading and printing it for use. Might even see if I can add some equipment, spells and other such things to it too. Could be on to a revolution in DM character sheets.

Orcs with character sheets in Elvish. What have I done.

I tried filling it out for my own character —in English, but in fuþorc runes, just for the mindf**k— and I was going mad with the skills, they are in English alphabetical order, but it's too confusing… therefore I made a version based on the alternative layout with the skills clustered by attribute.

No, unfortunately the Tolkein estate is money-mad (the drama with New Line Cinema was due to the latter cheating their way out of the very high movie right costs of the former), so WotC does not use Ents (=trents), Hobbits (=halflings) or Sindarin/Quenya.
The tables on p 123 are made up and made up badly in my opinion —very simplistic and very random.

The Elvish script in Tolkein is called Tengwar, it is easy and has a nice phonological logic that is absent in, say, Brahmic scripts, and looks nice when a calligraphic pen is used —in Havana Brown is especially glorious.
I having spent too much time making the sheet I would recommended against making up Sindarin words, but I wouldn't argue against learning Tengwar letters.
So there are three options I see to write in English:
* Latin alphabet as usual
* Tengwar English mode —it is a bit odd having two langauges with the same alphabet, but if the script form is different (e.g. italic/cursive) it would be like Old English glossa in Insular script above Latin in Blackletter in manuscripts.
* Futhorc, anglosaxon runes. Easy to learn, fun to use when making bindrunes and pretty in theme as English came from Old English…
EDIT: Anglosaxon runes lack the sh sound, so the best bet is to write a horizonally mirrored cen (called bookhand s), but apart from that they are handy in D&D for flavour.

On a related note, I made a small word list (Sindarin) that an elven character may say or mutter while speaking English/Common. Slang words from Sindarin as if it were. I was inspired by John Ostrander's Star Wars Legacy where lots of Huttese words sneak in.
