Hello people !!!!

I am looking for arcane prestige classes that have easy requirements in order to enter them. Is there a list somewhere ?????
For example a prestige class that (according to me) qualifies for easy requirement class is the Master Specialist.

Have Fun ;)

There is no such list because it's so subjective. What are your character's goals?

People usually consider classes requiring only skills to be "easy to enter", because a wizard usually has considerably more skill points than they have good use for. But it can get awkward if it requires a lot of skills, or if they're cross-class, or if you're a sorcerer instead of a wizard. Feat requirements are usually considered more significant, but some of those might be feats you wanted to take anyway, in which case it doesn't really cost you anything, and some prestige classes later give you bonus feats that make up for it. "Special" requirements often require you to do something in particular in-game, which can be anywhere from trivial to impossible, depending on what your DM puts in the game (you can't, for instance, "do a great service for an elf community" if the nearest elves in your world are a thousand miles away). And of course, the biggest cost, to a spellcaster, of taking a particular prestige class is that you're not taking some other prestige class instead.

Ruathar is a nice 3 level gem that is easy to enter. Any caster who can pull off 3rd level spells can enter with no other non-rp requirements. It grants you proficiency in a martial weapon (chosen from a list, I like longsword option). It also gives you free magic item. The second level grants low light vision and a bonus to spot, listen and search checks (nice). The last level increases your total lifespan and grants minor bonuses while outside at night.

The big benefit is that it is a 3/4th bab full casting PRC that grants proficiency in a martial weapon. This means is slides cleanly into Abjurant Champion entry at 10th level with no lost spell casting levels and costs you only the combat casting feat.

So, you get Wizard 6 / Ruathar 3 / Abjurant Champion 5 / PRC 6

Paragnostic Apostle has absurdly easy entry requirements to meet and gives a couple of customization options depending on what kind of build you're going for. Each class feature has its own "prereqs" though, so you have to plan for them far enough in advance.

Ruathar also gives you more skill points and a bunch of new class skills, which means it also transitions well into many skill-based PrCs, or lets your fill in some skill gaps in your party. But as I said, that RP requirement isn't necessarily trivial, depending on your DM.

In a similar boat as Ruathar is the Halfling Whistler (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/prc/20061121a). Requires Halfling (obviously), Yondala as a patron (stupidly), that you've trained a "chattering animal" with Handle Animal (it references ferrets, songbirds, and squirrels; foxes, bats, and cats probably also qualify), and Handle Animal 4, Knowledge (nature) 8, Perform (whistling) 4, and Survival 4.

Despite the name and the Perform prereq, it's lousy for Bards and pretty good for Wizards if you were planning to get Able Learner or those skills as class skills anyway. It has a D6 HD, 3/4 BAB, Good Will and Reflex, 6+Int skill points, and features that range from the useful (see through the eyes of an animal you've trained) to the filler-in-all-but-name (+2 Climb and no penalties for fighting while climbing) to the awesome (summon 10 + Charisma Huge celestial squirrels! No, I don't know how you'd stat that).

I'm going to be playing one soon (Elidiel, in the sig). It promises to be pretty cool and at least not significantly less powerful than any other Wizard PrC that doesn't begin in 'I'.

Unfortunately Halflings don't qualify for Able Learner, as it is a human only feat. On the other hand, Ruathar can be used to meet some of the prereqs. Perform is still a problem.

The Racial Paragon classes from UA have no prereqs, other than race. Human and Elf both advance Wizard casting.

Yes, but it's not strictly limited to halflings; changelings can get in too with Racial Emulation. I'm going to be playing such a Wizard soon.

Another class with similar prerequisites is Geometer, requiring Disable Device and Search 4, Decipher Script and Knowledge (arcana 9) and Scribe Scroll. It might even be worth it merely for the 2nd-level ability, which can save you an enormous amount of money using Blessed Books.
