Divine base ability scores

Hi... Since my googlefu is crappy I come to this place.

I want to create Mystra from scratch, but I'm unable to find out the starting ability scores for deities, and the rules governing abiliy scores for greater deities. Can anyone help?

What are they, do they recieve their divine rank as a bonus once or to all and where is this info located?
