It's a (late; we had to postpone last Friday) Halloween game and it simply would not be 3.PF: Spooky Scary Halloween Edition without some good undead to fight.

Disclaimer:
RPG, if you're reading this, you play in my game, so I'm warning you once to stop reading here. No metagaming!

Anyway. I'm sending them through an underground dungeon on the way down to Skullport, and I want to have the group fight some undead.

The campaign isn't very serious in atmosphere (yet).

The party's an optimized-to-the-grillionth-degree Artificer (has good armor on principle but prefers fighting at range), a low-op Alchemist (just throws bombs all day and has a crossbow, very squishy though), a mid-op Oracle of Lathander (has decent armor, fights at melee), and a mid-low-op Paladin of Asmodeus (extremely difficult to kill, has a Cool Sword [I cracked open the Tome of Battle, he's got the Blade of the Lost Citadel, actually]). They're currently at level 7. The party's weapons are all magical, so they at least have a decent chance of hitting incorporeal undead if it comes to that.

Some recommendations on what sort of undead I can throw at them would be greeeeeaaat.
I'm already thinking some (non-mindless) skeletons with class levels for one section of it simply because spooky scary skeletons (seriously, this is not a serious campaign) and because it's easy to customize with class levels, but some good straight-from-the-book undead recs would be awesome.

Something I like to use, but sparingly, is deathless.
They're in 3.5, don't know if pathfinder has them, but it's easy enough to at least translate the flavour: Good aligned undead. Really catches someone off guard when the dude in armor emblazoned with the symbols of a god of death is revealed to be a paladin, who was granted a stay of true death to complete a quest.
I know some DMs argue that necromancy is always evil, and that's always their call, but so long as you keep this as a rare thing, it's a great curveball.

BBEG- Demilich Gold Dragon Dracolich. It's a single tooth.
Minions-
Zombie Nymph
Mummified Orc Warrior with a Battletitan Skeleton mount
Mindflayer Necropolitans having a delightful tea party
Zombie Treant (not technically legal, but rule of cool)
Goblin Vampire
Awakened Dire Rat Skeleton Necromancer
Flesh Golem Artificer (okay it's not an undead)

I admit, I am very fond of Orcus, so maybe they accidentally stumble upon a hidden temple of Orcus for some undead/demonic flavor. Else, it could be the Cult of the Dragon, for dragon/undead theming. I will also admit that I know nothing of Skullport, so I don't know if those will fit in well. Put that spooky Cavalier skeleton on its own skeletal dragon to ride around on.

If you don't have it, find a way to get access to the Libris Mortis. Using some corspecrafting will always be interesting, and I think interesting.

Any other suggestions from you guys?

Will definitely read the Book of Bad Latin, but this is my first campaign I'm DMing so I'm not entirely certain on whether or not I'll cause a TPK with a given creature.

I threw some death leeches (http://pandius.com/dthleech.html) and druj (http://community.wizards.com/comment/19864956#comment-19864956) and a revenant (http://pandius.com/revenan2.html) at my players, and they hated my guts for it.
A little conversion necessary to make them work for PF but that shouldn't take more than 10 minutes or so - at least it didn't for me. Yes, the death leech is probably the only one appropriate for the PCs' level, but the others could be nerfed a bit.

Entombers, from Libris Mortis. Their main ability is that they can literally pound someone into the ground, with a second one that lets them raise bodies to the surface quickly. Plus, they're intelligent (albiet kinda dumb), and relatively single-minded (they exist so their master has someone who can dig up graves faster than them), so they can act as an interesting non-combat peice. After, he could very well be under orders to just wait for his master to come around to dig up bodies, so he could act as a possible source of exposition/workplace humor (depending on detail and seriousness of the campaign.

Try out some Juju Zombies (https://sites.google.com/site/pathfinderogc/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/zombie-juju-cr-1). They are basically just undead versions of whatever or whomever you want to use as a foe. Basically the easiest way to make an intelligent enemy NPC into an undead one.

Then pick up a Dirge bard (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/dirge-bard) who can mass-animate the dead and affect them with mind-effecting spells.

And then you have this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9RKwlF_MXE).

Try Swordwraith (http://www.realmshelps.net/monsters/templates/swordwraith.shtml) versions of Tordek, Jozen, Lidda and Mailee.

Try a Succubus Graveknight Antipaladin of Orcus 2. She'll be CR 10 and thus a hard fight for the party.

Immunity to criticals, mind-affecting, death effects, energy drain, ability damage, ability drain, fortitude effects, suffocation, fire, electricity, cold, sonic, acid resist 10, DR 10/magic+cold iron increased to DR 20/magic+cold iron via feats, SR 21, 200+ hit points, AC 35 (with corrupt celestial plate), ridiculous saves, good melee attacks, ridiculously strong supernatural attacks, rejuvenates even if destroyed.

She could be a good challenge for a party with optimized members and she'd also be good at trick-or-treating as she'd be capable of shapeshifting into various children and deceiving them, teleporting around, following ethereally or controlling both living people and undead into helping her.
