Winged watcher makes you a birdy with a reference to polymorph subschool. It is from complete scoundrell p. 106. Druid level 1 spell.

It says your int changes to 2, but you remain your normal ability to understand your surroundings.

Ok,so how does this even work? Does this int 2 affect me in any way except int based skill checks? I would guess that raw it does not affect me. But roleplaying wise it might affect what I do.

On a side note if I get int to HP from fairy mysteries initiate (dragon magic) my HP changes in a very bad way, since it is a polymorph effect, and not wild shape?

The short answer is that it doesn't work. PCs aren't allowed to have an int below 3. I really have no idea what they were thinking.

As for Faerie Mysteries Initiate, I don't have the text for that issue of Dragon, so I can't say specifically what happens, but if it functions just like Con I would assume your hp would drop dramatically.
