Could Arm grafts allow you to qualify for Multiweapon Fighting?

I want to make a human with Multiweapon fighting. I think I could do this by grafting or getting grafted with undead arms from Libris Mortis. This falls into a gray area, so would you allow it?

MWF automatically replaces TWF if you have more than two arms. You don't have to take it: you just switch. Even temporary effects that give you more limbs, like girallon's blessing, upgrade your feats for the duration.

I'm not sure why this would be a grey area. If you have more than three hands, you qualify. The various 'X arm" grafts provide you with another hand. Thus, they let you qualify.
