Weapons with wide crit ranges and high crit multipliers

Specifically, anything that is 19-20 or greater AND that crits for x3 or more damage.

The only one I know of is the Talenta Sharrash in Eberron Campaign Setting, which is a weird sort of scythe-looking thingy that halflings are apparently proficient with. What others are there?

3.5 or pathfinder, but first-party content only. No homebrew (I'm looking at you, katana "fixes") or third-party.
