So, I have to make this NPC warrior for my game and he's a duelist with a rapier and heavy armor. Sounds crazy, I know, but I'm trying to make this viable, so here's what I've got so far. Any suggestions?

LN Humanoid (Human, Shapechanger) Lycanthrope (Werelion)
Fighter 6/Duelist 4

Str 24 Dex 13 Con 16 Int 12 Wis 12 Cha 10
(Str 26, Con 18 in Hybrid Form)

Attack +3 Rapier +19/+14 (PA -3/+6) 1d6+7 Str +3 weapon + 2 Weapon Spec +4 Precise Strike +6 Power Attack +1 Weapon Training (1d6+23 total)
Attack (Animal/Hybrid): 2 Claws +18 1d4+8, and Bite +18 1d8+8 plus grab

Feats: Dodge, Weapon Finesse, Mobility, Combat Reflexes (B), Weapon Focus (Rapier), Weapon Specialization (Rapier), Power Attack, Vital Strike, Toughness, Improved Initiative, Improved Critical (Rapier)

Gear: +3 rapier, +1 Mithral Full Plate (Armor Training allows for full movement in medium armor)
AC 10+1 Dex +10 Full Plate + 1 Dodge = 22

What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Why make him a duelist at all? You could simply go with a regular Fighter since they start out Str-based to begin with.

With 12 Int and 13 Dex, you're barely getting any Canny Defense and barely qualifying for any of the other things, so I don't see what Duelist is supposed to be doing here.

I actually dont need to worry about Canny Defense since it doesn't work in medium armor.

I'm going duelist for the same reason everyone does. Higher damage with a one handed weapon, parry and riposte
