I know it's easy, but it's late and I don't feel like thinking.

How are you adjudicating the unique powers bit? Does your Erudite get 11 total unique powers per day, or 11 per day of each level? Or are you using the original Dragon Magazine unique powers/day progression?

1/level/spell level, based on my reading. Or I may be tired and confused.

The description of the Unique Powers/Day class feature indicates the Erudite can manifest "a certain number of unique psionic powers of each level per day," which is probably an oversight - a level-20 Erudite can manifest 99 unique powers per day with this reading. However, the alternate reading - that the table shows the number of unique psionic powers per day you can manifest - severely restricts your power usage, at least at low levels. However, the soul crystal (http://www.psionics.info/powers/soul-crystal/) power can let you manifest powers without breaking the limit, and as a StP Erudite you can use arcane fusion (http://dndtools.eu/spells/complete-mage--58/arcane-fusion--890/) and the greater variant as well (though only on Sorcerer spells you've converted into powers).

The RAW is a bit ambiguous, but arguably you can use Supernatural Transformation to make all your psionic powers un-dispellable and cost no XP.

Try these handbooks here: God Wizard (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/1146876) and No-nonsense Guide to Psions (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=inhrubq0vm49gop3ovfvckjmk7&topic=5343.0)

While you're neither of those things, the latter has a great choice of tricks such as infinite PP and doubling your standard actions per turn, while the former has a great spell selection to convert into powers

Doesn't really work. While "Psionics" is an (Sp) ability posessed by some creatures such as the Mind Flayer, the "Powers" used by Psions, Erudites and similar classes aren't. They have a different name and therefore can't be considered the same. As far as what "Powers" are ((Sp), (Su) or (Ex) abilities), they are the same as magic, which is to say, they are none of these three.

Pick up Body Outside Body from wu jen list. Body outside body prevents spellcasting, but not psionics. You now have clones able to fest powers.

Including psychic reformation and chirurgery for every spell/power known.

Get divine only spells by making sure that Recasters, or Wyrm Wizards are available in setting - Divine to Arcane, Arcane to Psionics.

At that stage though, you might as well as well go psion or Dominant Time Mantle (with Metalinked synchronicity), as that can do the same trick, just better.

Actually, it's mentioned here in the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicPowersOverview.htm), and that says:
Psi-Like Abilities (Ps)
The manifestation of powers by a psionic character is considered a psi-like ability

Your powers are considered a psi-like ability, and so under psionics/magic transparency they're considered to be a spell-like ability and are thus eligible for Supernatural Transformation.

That powers are considered a Psi-Like ability is clear, the ambiguity is whether or not Supernatural Transformation can be applied to Psi-Likes - a strict reading of the SRD would suggest no, only Empower Spell-Like Ability and Quicken Spell-Like Ability can be applied to Psi-Like Abilities. If one reads it to say that all feats which apply to Spell-Likes apply to Psi-Likes (which, as far as I'm aware, consisted of those two feats at the time of publishing), then Supernatural Transformation would work.

Psionics-magic transparency doesn't work like that.
