Unarmed Attacks

Is there a way to get a monk's attacks/flurry of blows as touch attacks without using a spell? I know you can you use touch attack spells with your unarmed attacks.

Stormguard Warrior would work, if you don't care about also dealing the damage. On the flipside, you can't flurry with touch spells without making normal (non-touch) attacks.
