Spell Guide anyone?

Greetings! I was wondering if anyone has made a guide of sorts on the spells that are "the best" or rather most useful/optimal choice. Perhaps graded in tiers or by color or something.

If anyone could make one that would be great and also I would really like to know the most efficient spells to use your concentration slot and examples on good combinations.

I will say though, that Bless is an incredibly powerful spell. It compares favorably, even to second or third-level spells.

Most of the class guides include an at least cursory examination of the spells associated with said class. The link in my sig will take you to a spot where most of said guides out there are linked.

That stated, a general spell compendium review type thing would be very useful to have around. It would be a big project though, I'm not sure if anyone would really want to tackle it.

Some of those guides have several errors about how certain spells can be used... at least the wizard guide. But, generally speaking, they have some good suggestions.
