Are there any deities with machines or technology in their portfolios? What can we do for a machine-priest other than Warforged Artificer? Maybe that one transformative class that turns you into a warforged? It's not too strong from a crunch perspective, but is oozing with flavor for someone seeking the perfection of the mechanical form.

3.5 or pathfinder. all glory to the machine

I know there is a goddess with clockwork in her portfolio, Brigh (http://www.pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Brigh).

Yup! Neutral Alignment too. So, she should fit with a bunch of character types!

The current Iron Gods adventure path from Paizo is based around an artificial intelligence that has become a god and can grant divine spells.

According to PFWiki, it also has an article on Brigh. But yeah, that sounds more like a classic Machine God.

For the Omnissiah!

Sorry felt that was appropriate.

Don't worry, I would have done it if you hadn't.

In Pathfinder, Brigh is about as close as you'll get in terms of deities "suitable for worship by PCs" until (possibly) the end of the Iron Gods adventure path.
