if I were to use command undead (The Rebuke option, not the spell) on a low HD intelligent undead, lets say a 5HD one, being a 10th lvl cleric. and I roll an 11 in the turn table, so I can rebuke a 10HD undead or command a 5HD undead

then that 5HD undead attains levels (Either in classes or Racial Hit dice...) How is this calculated? As long as it doesn't exceed my Level it stays under my command? or does it break free since it exceeded the initial check's result?

Also, If i had Animate Dead from two different sources (Say a Wizard/Cleric gish, both with different caster levels, say Cleric is CL 15, and Wizard is CL 12) Would the 4xCL cap be for each instance (Arcane and Divine) or would it count for either?
