How good of a prc is this? Would it ever be worth it for a fighter to take all the levels of it? Could one optimize non lethal damage along with this and how?

well its reasonable in a grapple build focusing on non-lethal takedowns (not good, but better than most other thinks with that twist), but otherwise its somewhere between bad and horrible

worst case scenario, you can copy a build by quoting amphetryon's posts (reveal starts on page 5) go to a forum that uses whatever computer language the tables used to be typed in (I don't know. html? css?) and preview it. it should work, since that's how they used to display here.

more or less seconding this. there are niche uses for its hogtie ability, but it doesn't do anything a focused grappler can't do better.
