of course you can. all you need is a CL of 5 or more and boosting CL is pretty trivial. you can still only make wands of spells you know, which is kind of annoying, so that might cap you at lower lvl spls, but who cares? no one uses wands for 3rd and 4ths anyway.

this (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/1054346) provides a fairly complete list of ways to boost your CL. have fun!

By taking the Gifted Adept (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/gifted-adept) and Signature Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/regional-traits/secret-of-the-impossible-kingdom-regional-jalmeray) traits, you cast the chosen spell at +2 caster level. This qualifies you for the CL 5 prerequisite at level 3, so you can take it then.

That link is entirely populated with 3.5 methods. This is a pathfinder question as noted by the [PF] in the title. And If I recall correctly, PF requires being effected by something for a week before it is considered applicable for prereqs.

I might be able to get 3.5 methods approved, but yeah, its PF. Thanks for the link though, I'll see if it works...but more direction is helpful if people can spare it :)
