Fist of Raziel + Abjurant champ

at 1st level the FoR class feature gives a permanent magic circle vs evil. This spell is not only a abjurant spell but also gives a +2 to AC. Would I apply the AC bonus to ac of +1 per AC level...and would this always be on?

Abjurant Armor only applies to Armor and Shield bonus to AC. FoR's Magic Circle gives you a Deflection bonus, so it does't work. It also wouldn't work because the Magic Circle is a (Su) ability, not a spell, therefore not subject to things that only affect spells, like Abjurant Armor or Metamagic feats.

emanAbjurant Champion specifies Abjuration spells. The FoR ability is a (Su) ability, not a spell. So there's no interaction.
