What ways are there to be able to teleport frequently across dozens of miles throughout the day, at 11th level? If not by 11th level, how so can it come online? Cheaply, if possible. Teleportation circles, for instance, work, but the cost can add up quickly, and they also are a potential security issue.

Full story: Having established multiple outposts across many miles in our growing kingdom (a Kingmaker campaign), needless to say it's important to check in on them regularly. My character was just killed in battle, and because in game my character was on the outs with the rest of the party for various reasons, we all agreed that they would not expend the resources to resurrect him, but would instead use him as a martyr figure. While I'm not necessarily thrilled to be making a new character, I completely appreciate the in game story behind their death. So, the rest of the party are now going to go recruit another warden for the kingdom's defenses, which will be my new character. I'm interested in making a new character that, in their capacity as warden, is seemingly able to be everywhere at once, largely by teleportation. Thoughts?

If you're willing to shadow walk rather than teleport a solar oracle is pretty good at it. Add plane shift (twice in rapid succession) if you have to be somewhere fast.

If that doesn't suit, a sorcerer with a crafting feat sounds like your best bet.

Well a Nomad Psion has short range teleportation at will and due to how power points work you can spend all of them (in practise a bad idea but hey ... if it's just for transportation) on teleporting around (if you spend all on teleportation you could probably teleport around 20 times a day).

A cleric with Travel domain and Ecclesitheurge archetype from ACG : An ecclesitheurge can use his non-domain spell slots to prepare spells from his primary domain's spell list.

So, you can prepare teleport in any of your 5th level spell slot. With WIS over 20, it's 4 time a day. Add the spell from the Holy bonded symbol from the archetype and you get 5 times/day.

Many more option but I'm at work and I like cleric :)

If you're a Wizard, you can just buy a bunch of Pearls of Power (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/m-p/pearl-of-power) for extra spell slots in which to prepare your teleports. If you really wanted to, you could buy a Metamagic Rod of Echoing Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/rods/metamagic-rods/metamagic-rod-echoing), which lets you re-cast a spell up to 6th level three times a day. 5th-level Pearls cost 25k gp, while the rod will set you back 50k for three uses a day.

That rod looks like a pretty sweet deal in comparison, to be honest. Three Pearls would cost you 75k gp, after all.

Well, of the top of my head being a Wizard with specialization in Thassalonian Specialist (Sloth) (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/wizard/arcane-schools/paizo---arcane-schools/classic-arcane-schools/thassilonian-specialist) would be a good start. That already gets you seven castings of Teleport at level 11, which is more than the four that the Sorcerer would have. Arcane Bond for a bonded item gets you an additional casting.

This would be a lot easier if you had wanted something for level 13, since then Magical Lineage(Teleport)+Sacred Geometry(Echoing Spell) comes online and gets you a total of 26 castings of Teleport a day. Spell Perfection does the same thing two levels later.

Or you could be a Psion 11 and get 12 castings of Psychoport per day, I guess, if you don't mind not doing anything else that day.

1) Be an evil outsider. They get at-will teleports.

2) Planar-Bind an evil outsider to work for you. SOme of them can even shapeshift to look like you.

Binding and working with an outsider is a fantastic option that would make for an interesting character hook - possibly even to keep from the party initially. At a glance, I looked through what I'd be able to come up with for lesser planar binding and didn't see anything that can both teleport at will and change shapes. Does such a beast exist? Ideally such an option exists with an evil creature who would take payment in the form of souls on a prey and pay (IE, pirate code) basis.

Is it necessary to get there for real ?
Maybe a Crystall ball with someone you know well in each post (maybe followers from leadership).

Succubus in 3.5. Maybe the Gallu in Pathfinder? Or maybe just a demon with a hat of disguise? BTW, don't forget (permanent) telepathic bonds with them so they can report back immediately as a free action.
