So guy, i'm playing in an 9 level evil pathfinder campaign with two thief and two witch, can you help to build a good melee bard?

Well if you pick up Dazzling Display, your Rogues could greatly benefit themselves by taking Shatter Defenses and getting loads of free sneak attacks. And your Witches could benefit from the reduced save bonuses on your enemies.

The Dervish of Dawn (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/dawnflower-dervish) Bard archetype limits you to only buffing yourself, but provides you with double the morale bonuses offered by your Inspire Courage ability. You could build yourself around that, buffing yourself to crazy and killing everyone with a scimitar.

Dervish Dancer is also nice; you get some nice mobility focused effects, and it has a somewhat more defensive focus than the Dervish of Dawn. Both are good archetypes, though.

I'd also suggest Arcane Duelist. They get better armor than your average bard and a lot of good bonus feats at relatively little cost for a combat character.

Two thieves and a bard? Seems redundant...

An oft-overlooked benefit of Arcane Duelist is that its powers work on ranged weapons too. It's a surprisingly effective way of making an archer bard, especially since you can stack Arcane Strike + Bladethirst and cause your arrows to punch through nearly any DR. (Not to mention Penetrating Strike later.)

Dervish of Dawn is best if you want to be Dex-based melee. Arcane Duelist is best if you want to be strength-based or ranged. Which do you prefer?

(Note that Dervish of Dawn and Dervish Dancer are not the same thing - the former is better.)

Probably not a factor, but if you're going to be using the Mythic rules at any point, go Arcane Duelist. Bladethirst + Mythic Arcane Strike = instant maxed out weapon enhancements at crazy low levels.
