DND 3.5- Turn undead feat question.

Is there a feat to turn effective level of turn undead from sacret exorcist to character level of favord soul?
like if i have 1 sacret lvl and 10 favord ill have lvl 11 turn undead.

What do you need this for? There's nothing much to gain from Turn Undead, since even at full level it's still woefully underwhelming. If you want to spend a feat, you are pretty much better off spending it on some kind of a Divine feat to be fueled by your TU attempts.
