Gaining the Dragon Type

So I'm playing a Draconic Bloodline Bloodrager/Dragon Disciple and I'm focusing very heavily on the whole dragon theme. Now I know there were several ways to gain the Dragon type in 3.5, but are there any actual ways to gain it in Pathfinder?

Also, is Dragonblooded even a things in Pathfinder? Or are the Draconic Sorcerer/Bloodrager bloodlines pretty much the Pathfinder equivalent?
