Should I use Mythic Adventures(pf)?

I've a player whose a Cleric of Kord, who recently met his deity in person at level 5. He sparred with one of Kord's angels and Kord was impressed enough to give the player a chance to become one of his champions, when he gets stronger. I was wondering if mythic adventures would be appropriate for this.

First off, if you go mythic, go with the whole party. Because it does hugely shift the power balance. Second, know what you are getting into.
