Any way to touch attack through a full attack chain?

I would like to take the Sirine's Intelligence Damage (su), a standard action, and apply it to a Full Attack chain. Is there any way to do this?

There are ways to full attack or otherwise attack multiple times with specific standard action abilities (such as an Eldritch Blast, sort of) or spells, but I know of no option that makes this possible for the sirine's touch.
