I want to play a warforged psion, but is this feat any good? It honestly seems like I would be better off taking adamantine body for the extra tankiness, if I were to take such a feat. (I don't know of anything that requires a cognizant crystal or any benefit to having a free one). Psiforged body would give some eaxtra oomph at very low levels, but I would suspect drop off by level 3, when it is functionally worth 3 PP vs your base 11.

I don't like Psiforged, because it provides very little. You're better off taking Adamantine Body because psionics ignores ASF.

I don't even really have anything else to add. Just...this.

Add me to the adamantine body list. Also, am I the only one who feels that the psiforged should have been their own (sub)race?

All evidence points to them having been their own sub-race. I thought that it seemed like a bad feat past level 1, 2 tops, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on some super cool tech I didn't know about.

And this is why homebrew exists.
