R!member, most Warforged aren't made entirely out of metal. They've got a bunch of organic material in there as well, and of course they're also Living Constructs. And that's without getting into Reforged.

If you could attach a graft to a Dryad or Treant, you could probably attach it to a Warforged.

Um, warforged, themselves, have living flesh. It's wood instead of meat, but the idea is the same.
