Optimizing CMB

Using practical optimization, how high can you get your CMB and how do you go about it build wise? The only limitation I place for this exercise is that it can't be from gear or spells, only from race, class, feats and traits.

So I'm guessing your build would be something like a Human Lore Warden with a base 18 in Strength and all the level up stat boosts going into Strength, for a total bonus of +35 at level 20?
