Good prestige classes for mass-dipping

I am looking for some prestige classes that are reasonably easy to enter and give a lot at first level. The PrC should at least have 2/3 of the following 3: Full BAB, min 2 good saves, a cool or useful class ability. If it gives something really awesome at second level, I'll consider it.

Restrictions:
No ToB.
No Psionics.
No Caster-based prerequisites (e.g. ability to cast x)

Any input be appreciated :smallsmile:

Pious Templar; Full BAB, two strong saves, Mettle. Also a "0" level 1 spell slot.

It requires Weapon Focus and feat that's pretty much feat tax.

I've had a look, Dragonslayer is interesting and Soul Eater looks positively ravishing. Happen to know any easy means of easily shedding the constraints of being a plain old "humanoid", as to help qualify?

You know a single level in Monk or Ranger fits what you're asking for right? Both hit 2/3 of your requirements. No Prereqs necessary.

And the second level of Monk is nearly as good as the first. Ranger 2 ain't half bad either if you need free TWF or Rapid Shot for something.

Thank you (Un)Inspired and Sith_Happens for the suggestions, but I'm specifically looking for PrCs, as I play in a world where multi-class penalties are a very real (and nasty) thing.
