I am sure its been asked before but how does Wave of mutilation (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/magus/magus-arcana/rite-publishing---magus-arcana/wave-of-mutilation-su) work with Spellstrike (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/magus)?

I am inclined to say it doesn't. To me the wave of mutilation is a swift action attack while the spell combat requires normal casting. Am I right? my google fu is failing me yet again.

No. Spellstrike requires that you cast a spell. WOM is not a spell.

You can still use it as part of a full round action(Spell combat), so long as you haven't used your swift action for the turn.

For the most thorough intent you should contact the author of that third-party product. As written however this is not a melee attack and so spellstrike will not work with it.
