I keep seeing kaorti resin being talked about, the x4 crit weapon material I believe. Just wondering what book it's in.

Fiend Folio has Kaorti as critters. Page 110 mentions the Resin Items. The actual information for crafting a custom item of the resin is here (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20031014a).
