Not really sure what would be appropriate for levels for these things, but, comparing the first to the Evocation spell Shatter, first level doesn't seem too farfetched.

Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Area or Target: Touched Weapon (see text)
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: N/A
Spell Resistance: Yes (object)

Upon the casting of this spell, the character must make a successful touch attack at a +3 bonus to AC on her target, if her target is a weapon that is currently being wielded (if unwielded, simply touching the weapon as normal will suffice). If successful, the character has touched the opponent's blade, and the spell goes off. The touched weapon takes 1D4 force damage per character level. If the weapon breaks, the caster takes damage as if hit once by the weapon as it shatters under their hands, but divides the damage evenly with the weapon's wielder (rounded to the wielder's advantage).

Alternatively, this spell may be set as a readied action in a special case. If set as a readied action to the trigger 'upon a successful hit on the character by the target', the touch attack to cast the spell is automatically successful.

Arcane Material Component: A small metal spike, driven into the target weapon.

Enchanted weapon overcomes 5 points of hardness and deals an extra 1D6 damage per character level (max 10D6) to objects for the duration of the spell. Upon the casting of this spell, the character must make a successful touch attack at a +3 bonus to AC on her target, if her target is a weapon that is currently being wielded by a hostile target or a threatened friendly target (if unwielded or if wielded by an unthreatened character, simply touching the weapon as normal will suffice). If successful, the character has touched the weapon, and the spell goes off.

Arcane Material Component: A small metal spike, held against the surface of the weapon.
