Succubus PC becomes a Lilitu?

A succubus goes through the ritual to become a Lilitu. What would that do to a PC succubus's class levels?

Let them keep them. Is the lilitu being adjudicated as template or as more levels?

I think it would remove them. In order to become a lilitu, a succubus must be able to cast divine spells, but the example has no Cleric levels.

It's not terribly important, though; lilitu a have LA: –.
