Is there any way, in a 3.5/3.0 game, to gain an effect similar to the Pathfinder feat Pummeling Style (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/pummeling-style-combat-style) or the Pathfinder Gunslinger's Dead Shot ability (which is the same thing, but for guns)? Preferably something that works at range and doesn't have limited daily uses; I want to be a sniper.

There's Targeteer's Sniper, a special ability that increases your threat range for your next by 1 for every attack you forgo during a full attack option. It's from Dragon #310.

Hunter's Mercy is an lv1 ranger spell which makes your next bow attack within 1 round into an automatic critical hit (x3 damage); pick up a wand of it, and stick it in a wand chamber on your weapon. If you want to improve it, the Deepwood Sniper PrC from Masters of the Wild can increase your bow's critical multiplier.

There's the Monk ACF Decisive Strike (PHB 2, p 51) which exchanges flurry of blows for one attack which deals double damage.

On the same line: Overpowering Attack, a 16th level fighter ACF. Both also double the damage of every attack you make until the beginning of your next turn.

Storm guard warrior does something similar. It's a tactical feat, with one maneuver having you give up AoOs against one creature for a bonus to attack and damage the next round and one letting you make touch attacks with no damage one round for a bonus to attack and hit the next round for each touch attack you land. Really good if you can make an absurd number of attacks, such as with Robilar's Gambit/Karmic Strike or a Totemist or Warshaper.

As a side note, I once tried to convince a fellow player to make an illithid with this feat. Strictly speaking there's no reason all their tentacle attacks can't be from one tentacle, there's no reason the touch attacks can't be poking the enemy, and there's no reason the touch attacks/pokes can't be accompanied by a "poink" sound effect.

Im trying to get the feat...
is it basically a full attack, just one thats better at bypassing DR (due to everything being one hit) and better at critting?

Indeed. It's also only one attack, which can sometimes be relevant (e.g. if the target has Fire Shield active).

In that case... that feat looks bloody awesome for monks. Making them laugh at DR and crit like a boss with some crit enhancing shenanigans...

I shudder to think of this feat in 3.P game...

Though monks do need some love... :D
Poor monks
