I'm rolling up a warpriest and the luck domain basically allows a reroll to whom it's applied to.

Lucky Presence (minor): At 1st level, you can touch an ally and grant it a lucky presence. The target of this luck can call upon it to roll any one ability check, attack roll, saving throw, or skill check twice and take the better result. The decision to use this ability must be made before the roll is made. Once used, the effect ends.

The trait Fate's Favored says: The fates watch over you. Whenever you are under the effect of a luck bonus of any kind, that bonus increases by 1.

If someone has Fate's Favored and gets the Lucky Presence blessing, does it mean that the person gets to roll 3 dice, roll a die with a +1, or take lucky presence at face value/no interaction?

A reroll (or a "roll two pick one") is not a bonus; the two abilities don't interact.

Fate's Favored is more for things like the prayer spell.
