can't find crit fisher build.

I know i have seen a good one, but cant find it again. Trying to build a crit fisher without ToB.

Tome of Battle doesn't make a crit fisher, as it has nothing in it that expands threat ranges. What Tome of Battle does is make a crit fisher better via the Aptitude weapon property and the Blood in the Water stance, which provide great benefit from critting a lot.
